Like I said before, I'm an alterhuman with too many time on its paws. My name is Watcher, I'm an adult, and I love to create. I wanted to create a little site just for myself, way from the internet drama and stress. This web is my den, my safe space, that I created by myself so I could be creative and do whatever I wanted with it.
I'm a college student, studying Social Education.
I love to make art, I'm an artist. I love to draw in a cartoonish style with detailed shadows and lights. I've been drawing for more than six years, zero background, just learning from tips and tricks from the internet and practicing. A lot. I love to draw animals, some would say that I'm a "furry" because of that, but the truth is that I'm just a creature with the power to create in its claws. I like to draw my own ocs, since I also like to write, but I also draw Warrior cats characters, dogs, foxes, wolves, and birds. I know how to draw humans, but mostly I draw animals.
I'm also a writer. I like to write mostly fantasy and science fiction. I love the process of creating worlds and bringing life to them, inspired by books I read. I really like to write conflicts between characters, family drama, ethics and politics, discrimination, etc. Most of my books paint those themes in one way or another. Right now, I'm re-writing a story I've been working on for almost six years, in order to (hopefully) publish it. That's because I've been making a lot of changes to the characters, the worldbuilding, and the plot, it's been taking me a long time.
For those curious, the story is about a world ruled by animals. In this world, humans don't exist, and animals are inteligent. Animals live in packs, that are like little cities, and they defend themselves against the Wilds, smart and corrupted creatures that hunt them when the sun sets. The main character, a fox cub called Rax, grew up in a pack, but he's different from the rest. He has weird dreams and a strange connection to the Wilds: They don't attack him, and it seems the pack has seen more close sightings since he's lived there. Because of that, Rax runs away from his pack to try to figure out why he's different, before war threatens to destroy the only home he has known. With nowhere to go or family to support him, the young fox ventures into the Wilds forest to try to find answers to his questions. Questions that could have unexpected answers for his future and his destiny.

Terms
This is for everyone who may not know what the terms I mostly use in this blog mean. Some people may be new to alterhumanity, and that's okay, so here's a useful list of basic terms that the community uses! They will be sorted alphabetically, of course.
Alterhuman
Alterhuman (derived from the term 'Alternative Humanity Personal Identity' also known as AHPI) is a category of personal identity which encompasses identification that is alternative to the common societal idea of humanity.
Otherhearted
The term 'otherhearted', refers to someone who involuntarily identifies with, or who has a strong connection with something. This 'something' can be anything, including (but not limited too) animals (animalhearted), fictional characters (fictionhearted), and even inanimate objects (this would be considered otherhearted). The term can be spelt with or without a hyphen (e.g. otherhearted, other-hearted), however, it is more commonly spelt without the hyphen.
Nonhuman
To identify as not human either fully or partially. Used both as an umbrella term and a standalone identity.
Therian
A therianthrope, most simply, is someone who involuntarily identifies as a non-human animalistic creature. Therians are able to identify as more than one creature at a time. These identities can be: physical, non-physical, mythological, earth animals and more.
Otherkin
Otherkin (otherkind) are those who identify as not entirely human on a non-physical level.
The difference between otherkin and therianthropy is kintypes (theriotype), which can be generally described as mythological, e.g.: dragons, fae (magical creatures), angels, demons, satyrs, and others.
As with therians, the identity someone identifies as is considered to be involuntary.
